GCJ and Native Methods

Unlike most programmers, I'm not all that good at documentation... <grin>

The only part that didn't seem pretty much obvious from the
existing documentation was how to trick a 2.95.x compiler into finding
the appropriate include files.

Now that 2.96 installs things nicely, the rest seems trivial.

(Of course, lots of things seem trivial once you've figured them out...)

One of the GCJ guys (I've forgotten who) said that he had a bunch of
FAQ updates in the pipe, but hadn't gotten to them.  Once he's caught
up, if there's still a need, poke me again, and I'll see what I can do.
