Looks nice and detailed for the "latest snapshots" configuration!

I think what I was most lacking was information about what versions
of GCC _can_ be used with recent libgcj snapshots.  Given that the
GCC 2.95.2 release was a handful of weeks ago, it's reasonable to
expect that it work.  But it doesn't ... folk who've been burnt by
bad versions of GCC out of CVS need information about other options.

In particular, "it doesn't work with GCC 2.95.2, you need a more
recent version such as <description/>".  And if the changes aren't
going to be in any 2.95.3 release, then the note should be about
which branch is used for recent code, not just versions.
