Did we release libgcj 2.95.2?  I forget.
If not, 2.95.1 will work.  (And we should release 2.95.2, because the
libgcj release branch has some post-.1 bug fixes)

It should be, barring gcc bugs.  My own gcc isn't all that up-to-date.
I've heard reports of problems with exception handling in recent gccs.
I don't know if those have been resolved yet, or even properly reported.
