Perhaps a section regarding gotchas with integrating C++ code is necessary. In what

Do you mean when compiling a mixture of .java and .class files? Could you rephrase
this as a question that someone may concisely answer? Yes, more information on
classpaths would be good.

This could be included with the classpath information.
