Pb compiling gcj

gcj is the actual compiler.  You seem only to have libgcj which is the
java library stuff.

You'll need to download and install a recent egcs snapshot:

ftp:/egcs.cygnus.com/pub/egcs/snapshots/1999-05-02/

or similar.
