AWT 1.1

It won't *initially* provide AWT.  We do intend to provide it at
some point.  We haven't decided whether to use some other
implementation, or do a new implementation, and if so starting
with what underlying toolkit.

I've been playing with the idea of an AWT/Swing implementation based
on Gtk (The Gnome/Gimp/? toolkit), at least for X platforms.  It might
give us pluggable look-and-feel nicely integrated with Gnome.
