Kresten's interpreter

I've just finished an initial import of libffi and check-in of
Kresten's interpreter.

A couple of notes:

	- be sure to use the -d option to pull down new directories
	  with cvs.

	- it is currently only configured to work on x86 systems,
	  although we can allow more configurations as they are
	  tested.  This is done in libgcj/configure.in

	- you must configure with --enable-interpreter for it to work.

There are many changes here, not just to the source, but also to the
configury.  Please let me know if I've broken something!
