Segmentation Fault

Hi,
I tried gcj 2.95 with libgcj-2.95 on SPARC/SOLARIS.
But loading a trivial "Hello-World"-Programm yielded a segementation fault.
Gdb shows that the coring function is _Jv_equalUtf8Consts in
libjava/prims.cc line 89. It was called (indirectly) from JvRunMain.
Is there a bug in the lib?
The Making of gcc and libgcj went fine, no problems, no errors.
Can someone give me a hint?
