After editing config/bootstrap-debug.mk as in (
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=44959#c32), 4.5.0 fails with this.

Am going to try every version of gcc in 4.5.x and 4.6.x and see when was it
fixed...
