[Bug libgcj/39161] gcc 4.4.0 20090210 - The 'copy-vmresources.sh' script can't find the 'mkinstalldirs' script.

A workaround is to copy '../gcc_trunk/libjava/classpath/mkinstalldirs'
into the same directory as 'copy-vmresources.sh' so it can find it.
