patch for Makefile.[am,in]

the changelog entry

PR libgcj/20975
* scripts/TexinfoDoclet.java: Removed.
* Makefile.am (texinfo): Removed.
* Makefile.in: Regenerated.

You'll also have to 
cvs remove scripts/TexinfoDoclet.java
