[Bug libgcj/20958] New: Compile Errors In two files in gnu.gcj

While building the java sources of gcj using Eclipse I discovered two lines
which ecj (Eclipse Compiler for Java) regarded as syntax errors in 
libjava/gnu/gcj/runtime/PersistentByteMap.java
and
libjava/gnu/gcj/tools/gcj_dbtool/Main.java

I'm attaching a small patch fixing the problem
