[Bug java/20388] New: gcj should have a -print-libgcj-jar-file-name option

To locate gcj's version-specific jni.h header, we use:

gcj -print-file-name=include/jni.h

We should have a similar way to print the libgcj.jar file name.  This would be
useful for packagers.
