[Bug java/15866] New: No rule to make target 'all' in libjava/libltd on cygwin

./configure --enable-threads=posix --enable-libgcj --enable-shared
--enable-languages=c++,java --with-as=/usr/bin/as --with-ld=/usr/bin/ld

Run make.. after a while
