Synopsis: Source parser miscompiles loops when using "-O"

    Jeff tells me this was fixed a while back by Per working on
    java/1412. I tried O, O2 and O3 on {x86,ppc,alpha}/linux and
    I wasn't able to reproduce this problem. I'm closing this PR.
