Unreviewed Ada, libffi patches

The following two patches are necessary to allow a i?86-linux
--enable-targets=all bootstrap to complete, but have remained unreviewed
for a week:

	[ada] Support 64-bit libgnat multilib on i?86-linux

	[libffi] Build 64-bit multilib for i?86-linux
        http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2011-12/msg01011.html

I'm unsure who's to approve libffi patches since MAINTAINERS lists none
at the moment.  I'd Cc'ed the patch upstream on submission, but received
no response either.
