[RFC] Mass commit class files

Hmm. No, I guess I'm not sure what the proper version is. I've got a 
version of ecj in my path from FC6 (ecj -v tells me it is 3.2.2). I've 
tried builds with that, and all the class files get regenerated.

When I replace it with the one I download using the 
gcc/contrib/download_ecj jar, ecj -v tells me it is 3.3.0 milestone 3. 
It generates all new class files.

Perhaps I am doing something else wrong? Am I the only person whose 
build shows all these class files as regenerated?
