And of course, removing files has screwed up the build... There's always 
one more thing. I've now rebuilt HEAD from scratch, so there shouldn't 
be any problems. With my luck, though, I'm sure there will be fifty gcc 
build that just manage to grab a copy of HEAD in the ~1 hour between the 
time I committed the exception handling patch and this fix... :-(
