[RFA] Makefile tweaks

Hi,

I noticed that there are a few tweaks needed to get the build running: 
sources.am and Makefile.in need to be regenerated after Kyle's 
ArrayValue patch.

At the same time, I'd like to add a dependency for interpret.cc on 
interpret-run.cc, for obvious reasons.
