Michele, in case you don't know. The changelog would probably look 
something like:

2006-?-? Michele Sandri <gpointorama@gmail.com>

* gnu/java/nio/channels/natFileChannelWin32.cc
    Implemented FileChannelImpl::lock and FileChannelImpl::unlock.
