Fix libffi build-after-changes (automake multilib bug?)

I needed this patch in order for libffi to be properly rebuilt after
making changes to its sources.  I suspect automake should add these
deps itself, it doesn't, so after an initial build, even if you change
something, nothing gets further built.

I'm checking this in.  Tested on x86_64-linux-gnu.
