[ecj] Patch: FYI: remove libjava.compile test suite

I'm checking this in on the gcj-eclipse-merge-branch.

This removes the libjava.compile part of our test suite.  This mostly
contained random regression tests for the .java front end.  It is not
very useful any more now that we have outsourced this code.

I'm not posting a patch as it is just deletions.
