[4.2 / ecj] Patch: FYI: fix src.zip

I'm checking this in on the 4.2 branch and the gcj-eclipse-merge-branch.

This fixes PR 30110 by including more sources in src.zip.
Jakub, I think we want this in some future FC 6 update as well.
