[patch] gkeytool and gjarsigner documentation

The following patch adds documentation for the not yet merged gkeytool
and gjarsigner tools.

Maybe it would be easier to add this documentation (for the classpath
tools) in classpath itself.

	* gcj.texi: Add invocation documentation for gjarsigner, gkeytool.
