Patch: Enable the interperter for mips32.

libffi closures have been working on mips32 for quite a while now, but I 
never enabled the interpreter.  This patch corrects that oversight.

Initial tests show that it is working.  Currently running testsuite on 
mipsel-linux.

OK to commit if no regressions?
