I couldn't agree with you more. However, switching to DW2 EH
will not happen:

  1. for GCC 4.2.0
  2. unless someone figures out the unwinding-from-a-GUI-callback
  thing.

Given these constraints, I think it is not that much of a waste of time
to make stack traces work with SJLJ EH for MinGW.
