Patch: Remove unused backtrace files and configury

This patch cleans up some unused backtrace machinery and its associated 
configure support. This code is no longer used with the new stack trace 
code in 4.1 and trunk, and in order to avoid confusion its best to 
remove it. I'm checking this in.
