Final big-merge patch

Hi,

This finishes up the big-remerge with GNU Classpath. I merged some fixes
back from libgcj to classpath. This patch remerges them back and updates
the classpath dir to the latest classpath CVS removing another override
file.

    Imported GNU Classpath gcj-import-20051117.
    * gnu/java/net/protocol/file/Connection.java: Removed, fully merged.
    * sources.am: Regenerated.
    * Makefile.in: Likewise.

All tests pass, no regressions. Seems the library is in good shape for
the 4.1 branch. Committed.
