Patch: remove ClasspathToolkit calls from DefaultContentHandlerFactory

Hi,

This patch should be applied during the next GNU Classpath merge.  We
should make the gdk-pixbuf ImageIO provider in GdkPixbufDecoder into its
own separate ImageIO provider, then implement
DefaultContentHandlerFactory using that.  For now, this patch disables
the call to the removed ClasspathToolkit method.
