[patch] reduce xfail on jacks

Hi Ranjit,

can you confirm that these tests pass on x86 too?

XPASS: 15.28-string-11
XPASS: 15.21-assoc-7
XPASS: 15.21-assoc-8
XPASS: 15.21-equal-3

If so I'd like to adjust the testsuite/libjava.jacks/jacks.xfail.

They pass here on ppc linux|darwin.
