Patch: FYI: fix import snafu

I'm checking this in on the trunk.

I forgot about the classpath .cvsignore files, which prevented some
needed files from being imported.  This patch updates them and adds
the missing files.

I'm only including one .cvsignore diff as they are mechanical and
uninteresting, as are all the new files.
