[patch] DSASignature

Hi,

This patch is taken from
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=19729

It fixes a bug exposed by Eclipse's extssh CVS mode.  I'd like to commit
this to mainline and the gcc-4_0-branch.  The DSASignature constructor's
signature is changed by the patch but since this is in the gnu.java
namespace it shouldn't violate the 4.0 branch ABI rules, right?
