Java docs patch: Update libgcj system properties docuementation

This patch removes documentation for several gnu.gcj.runtime.NameFinder 
system properties which are obsoleted by the new stack trace code, and 
updates/clarifies the gnu.gcj.runtime.NameFinder.use_addr2line and 
gnu.gcj.progname entries.

I'm checking this in.
