small www fix

Hi.
Finding gcj's snapshot building instructions was cumbersome (for me). So I
added a clarification for this.

And then I think that these days gcc snapshots are not delivered as tar.gz
any more. Thats why I changed this to a recent gcc-4.0 snapshot filename and
bzip2.

Finally I had to ask where to send this patch and I thought it would be a
good idea to mention this.
