[PATCH] fix ONESTEP, --enable-libgcj-multifile build on main.

Hello,

this patch fixes the ONESTEP build on main.

Without, every time you restart, make install or make check everything 
got rebuilt since the target classes.stamp was not known. This only 
affects the  --enable-libgcj-multifile config.

	* Makefile.am (all_property_files): Remove left over.
	(classes.stamp): Add stamp for the ONESTEP build, also known as
	--enable-libgcj-multifile.
