URL.toString

Hi, I'm a bit of newbie to gcj, I'm not at the point where I'm actually 
supposed to submit bugs, hopefully this is it.

I've been trying to get my project to work with gcj, and along the way 
I've been finding a few places where gcj's behavior deviates from 
standard Java.  This is from compiling the source code to binary... I've 
noticed that the results are sometimes different if you compile a .class 
file to binary instead.

The first thing I found (I am using 3.4 with mingw on windows):

with java.net.URL

URL url = new URL("file://c:/temp");
System.out.println(url.toString());

Standard Java prints: file://c:/temp
GCJ prints: file://c/temp
