[wwwdocs] Update gen-classpath-compare to include shared JNI C files

Hi,

The attached patch updates gen-classpath-compare to also include shared
JNI C files (currently only the gtk-peers) in the libgcj/GNU Classpath
comparison page.

I noticed that there is no ChangeLog file in the wwwdocs repository.
Where do I add my ChangeLog entry?
