The main problem is that is quite complex. We need to update much stuff.

I did a retry on the libltdl update lately and so far it looks very
good. No regressions so far. Andreas Tobler tested it successfully and
Thomas Fitzsimmons got the patch today too. If he tests it successfully
too I will submit it to java-patches for discussion.

When this is commited we can do more stuff to make the migration real.
