Here is a slightly modified version of the patch.

Tested as before.

Changes to previous version are:

I removed --with-libgcj-mips-xgot and --with-broken-dladdr from to level 
configure.  These are now configured in libjava/configure.host.

sysdeps/mips/locks.h: Reworked so that in theory it should work on more 
MIPS processor versions.

Can I check it in?
