Patches Needed for MingW 3.4

Hi Patch People,

Here is a list of patches which, in my humble opinion,
I believe are needed for MingW 3.4. They are listed
in the order I think they need to be applied. (Even
though most are order-independent, applying them in
the order I listed will ensure that there are no
problems.)

All the ones except the "grand finale" one are ones
which I think someone can apply with their eyes closed.
