correct dylib suffix in libltdl

Yep, I meant this one. I have it here since a longer time. Failed over 
it more than one time.

My question is more to be on the safe side. What to do if a commit of a 
configure/aclocal.m4 goes wrong? Can I revert it?

I never touched a generated file before (regarding cvs commit)
