Sadly my own autobuilder for 3.2 died last week and I didn't notice till
you asked this question (it has been restarted and sends reports to
gcc-testresults@gcc.gnu.org again). But the latest results show a lot of
failures for libjava (probably all related to the exec test failures):

Quickly looking through the other results it seems that it started
somewhere between July 14 and July 16. Compare the following results
