Here is the attachment. Changelog entry could be for 

libffi:

* Makefile.am: Add Linux for S/390 support.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* configure.in: Add Linux for S/390 support.
* configure: Regenerate.
* include/ffi.h.in: Add Linux for S/390 support.
* src/s390/ffi.c: New file from libffi CVS tree.
* src/s390/sysv.S: New file from libffi CVS tree.

libjava:

* java/lang/ieeefp.h: Add Linux for S/390 support.

Is it possible to add it to the 3.1 branch as well, since it is only a local 
change.
