Get rid of libzgcj and libgcjgc libraries

This patch rolls the zlib and boehm-gc libraries into libgcj, so that we 
have a single monolithic libgcj.so. This is cleaner from a binary 
compatibility perspective and could maybe help improve allocation 
performance, but most importantly it stops libtool doing its silly 
relinking thing.

(and as much as I dislike libtool, I must admit that the convenience 
library thing is kinda... convenient!)
