Patch: FYI: enable verifier

I'm checking this in.

This patch enables the libgcj bytecode verifier.  I've been using it
for a while, and I've run it against a lot of bytecode.  It probably
still has bugs (though I don't know of any), but I think it is
reliable enough to enable by default.
