Patch: prepare zlib for inclusion in GCC

Anthony Green green@cygnus.com
Sun Sep 3 12:42:00 GMT 2000

gcj will soon need to link with zlib. We're going to copy zlib into the
GCC tree, but we need this patch first.

If we're building zlib as a build host library, don't use libtool and
just call it libz.a.

Sun Sep  3 12:37:12 2000  Anthony Green  <green@redhat.com>

	* configure.in: Add TARGET_LIBRARY conditional.
	* configure: Rebuilt.
	* Makefile.am: If we're building a build host library, call the
	library libz.a and don't use libtool.
	* Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
