The patch I posted is the complete set of local patches. Basically the
only diffs against the stock distribution now are:

- ECOS stuff
- some extra debugging code (GC_debug_generic_malloc)
- #undef MPROTECT_VDB in a couple of places
- minor dyn_load and linux_threads fixes that have been sent back to
Hans

Anyone know what the status of GC_gcj_fast_malloc() is? Should we be
using it?
