Update CNI examples in FAQ

I don't know if this is quite the correct Changelog format; I'm new
at this "open source" stuff...

I'll forward the new jni-kaffe.txt in a seperate message; I'm not sure
how to crock up a patch to add a new file...

      attribution	of CNI examples; add JNI example reference.
