[RFC]: Improving the GCC Websites Appearance and User Experience

Hello GCC Community,

I am Vishal Lodhi, an undergraduate student pursuing Computer
Engineering at NIAMT
Ranchi, India. My interests lie in full-stack web development, with a
focus on UI/UX
design. I have experience designing responsive websites using HTML,
CSS, Tailwind
CSS and Figma. For website development, I use React.js for the
frontend and Node.js
with Express.js for the backend, along with MongoDB for database management.

I would like to contribute to the GCC project by improving the user
interface of the GCC
websites which are currently built using plain HTML. If possible, I'd
like to start working
on this project as a precursor to GSoC-2026.

Your thoughts in this regard would be highly appreciated.
