I've suggested deprecating Epiphany in the past as it would fault in 
reload after seemingly innocuous changes in the IL making run to run 
comparisons of the testsuite virtually impossible.

I did convert to LRA.  But I didn't check to see if that brought 
stability to the testsuite though.
